The Board of Directors are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league within the rules, regulations and policies of Little League. The Board of Directors has the power to discipline, suspend or remove any director, officer, committee member or volunteer of the league. The Board of Directors does not have the authority to alter, suspend or change any of the rules, regulations or policies of Little League®. Board of Director members are entitled to make motions and vote at the League's monthly meetings. However, the Board of Directors may invite, admit and recognize guests for presentations or comments.
Beyond the requirements of league, each member of the Board of Directors should personify a good public image in reflection to the community and league to any outside resources. These members are held to highest of standards within our league.
